NoteFall — Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

NoteFall ("the app", "we") turns sheet-music PDFs into "falling notes" you can play along with on piano. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We keep it minimal: no accounts, no ads, no cross-app tracking.

What we process, and why

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, advertising identifiers (IDFA), or cross-app tracking of any kind.

What we do not collect

We do not collect your name, location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifiers, and we do not ask you to create an account. We do not sell your data.

Who processes data for us

Apple (purchases), RevenueCat (subscription management), and our hosting/transcription server — only as needed to run the app.

Retention

Uploaded PDFs & derived scores: ≤ 48 hours. Purchase/entitlement data: as long as needed for your subscription and Apple's records.

Your rights

You can delete your in-app and server-side data any time via Settings → Delete my data, or by emailing us. Under GDPR/CCPA you may request access to or deletion of your data; contact us and we will respond.

Children

NoteFall is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13; we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
