These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the NoteFall app ("the app", "we", "us"). By downloading or using NoteFall you agree to these Terms. NoteFall turns sheet-music PDFs into "falling notes" you can play along with on piano.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use NoteFall on Apple devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these Terms.
You are responsible for the PDFs you upload and must have the right to use them. Only upload sheet music you own or are otherwise permitted to use. Uploaded PDFs are processed solely to create a playable score and are deleted automatically within 48 hours (see our Privacy Policy). Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or overload our servers, and no automated bulk uploading. We may suspend access that harms the service or other users.
NoteFall uses automated optical music recognition. Transcriptions are provided "as is" and may contain errors; they are a practice aid, not a guaranteed-accurate edition of the original score.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
